Thank you for being so unapologetic about taking up space and for consistently being a role model for self love and fitness at any size. I’ve spent much of my life trying to force my body to be something it’s not because that’s what the world told me that health and fitness looked like. I’m finally learning to workout because I enjoy it and because it makes me feel strong, and to eat well because it makes me feel good to care for my body. Seeing someone on my timeline who is an amazing athlete AND who has a similar body type to me has helped me to truly understand that bodies can be fit at all different sizes and to accept that my fitness does not have to look like anyone else’s.
